Newbie questions reg series system

Hi, just started to play and as far as i know all teams that i face are other real people. But how do A new player enter a serie? Is it mid season or does A season start everytime a new player Joins the game?

Think i started from the league start when i joined but not sure how its solved within the game.

And how does the serie/division system work? Is it A fixed amount of series or is it growing the more new player joins? If my friend joins 3weeks later, can we be in the same league given that i havent won?

The schedule of the game it's standard. Today it's 10 of 28 day, so in 19 days a new season is starting. If you join the game today, you 'll take the place of a non human team (bot team) with whatever random position in it's league.
The game is played in many servers so if you want to play with some friend, the most sure way to play together, is to start the game with facebook account , invite your friend through facebook and you 'll probably play together in next season. Meanwhile you can decide if you 'll try to move forward in the next level (2) or stay for another season in lv1. If your league is full of human player your friend cannot take place in your league but it's possible for next season. Avoid both,to make other friends, because maybe they attract you to their (different) leagues . If there are some bot teams, maybe he has some chances to join your league.

thought all teams were real human teams, thats what didnt make sense to me so bots explain it well
Saw the name of some real players, are they real player names in the game as well?

Some of them yes, especially if they started with f/b account.
I created an extra fb account to play the game.

meant, real player names in terms of the actual famous football players names not "us" the players ?

no, but you can make a (fake) profile whoever you want - specially if you have the tokens to buy some official team sets.
