Problem with my team and its not the first time

hallo i play top eleven one year,but from the 8 season and after i have big problem with my team.i receive many goals and lost from others teams whos the quality is down or very down.in the 10 and 11 season i take players from the scout but the team still have the same problems.now in 13 level i have the best quality but in the 8 matches i have 4win and 4 losts and this is'nt logic.what can i do please help because if this problem continue i'm gonna cut the game

Your players looks good, quality wise. Perhaps try a different formation?
4-1-4-1 or my personal favourite 4-4-1-1. Been using 4-4-1-1 for 1.5 season now, won the league and Cup last season. This season only lost 1 match so far (fingers crossed).

Scout player performace fluctuates, that is why it is important to always monitor their rating. Stick them out a few games and see if there is any improvements. I once bought a *9 DL/DC who always had 5-6 rating (when other defenders are at 7-8). I took him out the whole season, and the next season onwards he started to perform and even had a few MOM. Not all scouts are bad, maybe around 5-10% according to my own statistics of 3-4 scouts a season.

hi my friend. From a first view it's a good team. Can you tell us which players are from scout list and what's the latest rates ?
Agent/scout sometimes are in a bad form period and if this happening in 3-4 players who are in critical positions like DC-MC-ST can spoil the whole team performance.
With this quality, if you have defenders with contin. rates below 7, bench them. If your ST is hitting cont. below 8, bench him.
You q is good and your formation solid. I wouldn't set red arrow in ST and blue arrow in DMC.
and I would try to find a defender with sa "Header" instead of "Free kick specialist".

What orders and arrows you use for 4-4-1-1 formation?
