2) Scout buying.
3) All of them are right footed.

Buy a 22 years' old scout that is close to 7 stars. Those are the best. Will last you 6 seasons if well trained.

2 seasons at 7 stars
2 seasons at 6 stars
1 seasons at 5 stars
1 season at 4 stars

If they're the same age, Striker with free kick specialty or AMC with shadow striker ability, whatever you lack the most.

(but why not waiting for next season to start and buy the scout then? )
