Level 8 Manager...

League: 13-1-0. 5 pts clear of 2nd place. There are two other teams still within striking distance of us. However, I don't think either presents a real daunting test. One team is a collection of mostly 4 star players, but seems to be well managed. The other has basically an all 5-star starting lineup, but uses absurd formations. For example, in our first meeting I ran a 4-3W-3 but wasn't able to watch the match. He did watch the match and countered with a 2w-1-4-1-2. I won 2:1 which surprised me a little bit since he countered by 3 strikers, with 0 central defenders... Gotta love Top Eleven logic...

Champions: 2nd place in the group of death (2-3-1). Won first leg of round of 16 by a 2:0 scoreline.

Cup: 2 and barbeque.

All in all, the season started poorly but the team has recovered nicely, to survive the group of death and is cruising through an admittedly weak league.
