Lol why buy scout at all? You can boost fast trainer to strong scout level in few days after season start, but when he catches scout, he will still have significantly faster growth and you can train some skill that you need more, for example attack for AM or ST etc.
I'd never buy scout ST who has skills for example def.27 att.29 physical 28. Scouts aren't cost-effective
Ok, but what do you do when there's no fast trainer available? (and no middle trainer as well)
we buy scouts beause we do not have a market
I don't have such problems 'cause when I buy fast trainers once, they stay in my team for few seasons. Every season I change only older and cheap 5* reserves.

Bad list too. TM is random, sometimes it shows 3* fast trainers on 1st day of season, sometimes 5* ones. I've bought 9 fast trainers this season, they all already have 6*+
