Promotion!?!?

The moral of the story is: NEVER BUY SCOUTS AT THE END OF THE SEASON

Curious, why buy scouts at the end of the season? Why can't u wait for the fresh list?

Anyway, Nordeous may be discouraging tanking since they have removed the illegal formation rule. Not so easy to tank nowadays, not that I've ever tried.

Because often you don't have any good scout at the beginning of a season (there is too much competition)
I just buy a couple of scouts per season so I need good ones.

After having bought them, I did't sign a contract (I already had 22 players) untile the starting of the new season

Competition for scouts? Don't think there are any bids for scouts...unless u mean that the scout list on the first day of the season sucks...

He means that right after the season update a lot of players buy the good scout players, especially when your at the top of the server.
I have a team where an hour after the update there are only +25 year old, low quality scouts remaining on the list. The 22-24 year olds close to 7 stars are gone immediately.

Besides if you tank, the scout players you buy before the season ends have a little more time to train and they don't lose stars.

I now have stopped buying scouts as they seem good for 2 seasons then give low ratings and mess up your team

I'm in trouble as well for scouts: few minutes after the update all the good scouts are gone

moreover, auction are deserts. you can find just few players, very old and with quality ending in 5 or 0

last, it's impossible to buy on transfer market because all managers are of my same level (of course no one is going to sell a 1-skill-to-scout player
