I have three young players on my team, that means one is on my team for more than 24 days! one for 12 ! and another for 2 days! It is impossible to sell any player under the top rate of your level (lets say 179 , no one with 178 , 177 or 176 gets sold, ever)

I have a - bank account but I want to sell players for more than 24 days, how is this possible?
