To have a strong team all the seasons you need sell it soon, and Q29 player is much more easily to sell than a Q30.
in low levels it's easy to sell players.
I always selling my players last 2-3 days of the season no matter q - many times q_1 or q_6.
But they are young, under 25-26 and with good stats - not 4-5 rates.
