Not a fast trainer?

Hey guys,it is the first time I sign an academy player for tokens.I just had 36 tokens so I give it a go.As far as I know,he is confirmed to be a fast trainer. But his training gain is very poor,something like 25-55-75. Far away from 40-80-120,the normal values of a fast trainer .Why isn t he developing properly?

Hi, normaly the 24-token players are very good. Sometimes they are not as good as they should be. So it´s unlucky for you. I had this problem, too. You will never know this before. But you have the same risk on the transfer-market. Keep going on (Y)
