Cup with lower level teams

I am in level 7 and getting teams of level 8 with more or less same quality. But there are teams that are 5 ,6 quality better than me and some of them are founded one month before me in that they could not have tanked yet they play with lower level teams like me. So when will I get to play lower level teams(atleast one level) or is it something I have to do.
Probably this question is answered before but I haven't come across any .

I actually like the challenge faced in cup but guys NOT Everybody is DAVID that could slay GOLIATH.
So guys plzzzz share ur thoughts and ideas on it.

The cup draw is based on the quality of your 14 best players at the beginning of the season, the level of your club doesn't matter.

That's true - so
If you have a good team with 14 (or more) full 5* players, next season you 're gonna face teams with that quality. Many of that teams are 2 lv above, with players 3* for them. Yes, it's those crap teams you have in your league but they are from 2-3 levels above. Those teams if will buy some 4* or 5* players, those players are 6* and 7* players for. So if you want to have some chances, you must pump up your team at least to 7* and to be lucky with the draws.
Few more chances you have, if you under-level the quality of your team by selling some high quality players near the end of the season.
If you do it a lot, then you 're gonna face teams 1 level above you. There, maybe you have better luck.

for me this season this is BALLS as i have level 26 team that is 12/13 quality better than me ( level 24 ) and they never tanked as they almost won the treble last season and promoted the season pre that and they are not the only team from this level there are at least another 8 team with the same thing, so much for playing your your own quality teams in the Cup, it`s bad enough meeting teams a level above yourself in the Champions league instead of your OWN LEVEL ( no where near top of server ) so getting screwed on two fronts

Well, 2 levels above and buying same players as you have gives 10Q straight away. Throw in some 1* at end season and the Q difference is easy.

I've no idea what those guys did without seeing teams on day 1 but its BALLS to say its BALLS

(There are 4 'Q manipulators' in my league this season so no doubt there were a lot of lvl 9 5/6* teams faced with what looked like 8/9* lvl 11 teams.)

You are getting close to the top of the server, the cup you are in is probably the highest of your server
