Well, 64 token ist too expensive for a 22-year-old player. I´r rather buy one on transfermarket and train him. Everyone who is older than 25 isn´t worth more than 19 token. Basicly scouts are young. Scouts should be 18-21. THEN I would buy them for 64 token....
In negotiations I buy them with 18/19 years, train them up to 7 stars within 3-5 days for about 50 rests... and about 12-16 token
