If I have a 5* player that can get +100 (avg) in 3 bars practice, I 'm pleased. What do you expected ?
The third one probably is a medium to slow but I can guess is not a nordgen.

Sporny is also right. In that levels, wage cannot give a clue. Just a high price and the name of the team.
Those two names are bot teams.
