nordgen but no fast trainer!?

have bought these 18y 5* player. league lvl 18

i have trained "practise match" at "normal intensity"


results: former club - value / wage / +gain

p1 (ordinary ac) - 105m / 8,6m / +54
p2 (fc flawless) - 105m / 9,1m / +36
p3 (unknown team) - 104m / 7,7m / +24


any suggestions how to spot fast trainers at lvl 18 without wasting money and token?

First, not all nordgens are the fastest trainers, some are a bit slower... Is that skill progress for hard training stretching? The fastest trainers I've seen have up to 58 hard stretching as 4-stars and it goes around 20% less as 5-stars, and around 20% less as 6-stars... If they can hit over 40% for hard stretching as 5-stars, that's just fine...

the higher the level you go the harder it is to get fast trainer`s as lower it`s easy too know fast trainer`s because the price is different the higher the price the faster they are, where at higher level they are all same price so it harder too know who is a fast trainer so it`s pot luck if you get that special one

Yes, Step is right.
The first two have good numbers. The second one maybe in another practice can do better.
If I have a 5* player that can get +100 (avg) in 3 bars practice, I 'm pleased. What do you expected ?
The third one probably is a medium to slow but I can guess is not a nordgen.

Sporny is also right. In that levels, wage cannot give a clue. Just a high price and the name of the team.
Those two names are bot teams.

p1 should be a fast trainer and the other two are flops.

on the one hand u say "it is harder to know" on the other hand you say "its potluck"

can u see fast trainers on the market above lvl 20? or is it not possible?

Steppenwolf is right. The first is really good, his efficiency is at 6 (54 gaining at 9 cost at fitness means per Point Fitness 6 gain in Skill), but my fast trainers go down about 20 up to 30% after reaching 6 Star. But this means they still better Trainers than slow one^^

I disagree to Sporny, its harder ok, but in Level 31 the Value of the most 5 Stars is at 113 Mills. There can be normal Trainers good Trainers and with lucky fast Trainers. But a few Players have had a Value of 114 Mills and all of these 4 Players i bought was fast Trainers. BUT one Thing to say here. These 4 Players i only found at Day ONE direclty after Server Up. So if you can be online at the First Day in a new Season in the morning look at Fast Trainers in your team that are 5 stars after the raise to a new level, and look at their Value. Then look if you can Find players with the same Value as your Players (good Chance to be a fast trainer) or even a better Value than yours^^ (in my Level this means 100% Chance for fast Trainers until yet). At the Beginning of these Season i made some Statistics about Trainingefficiency here are the Numbers:

I`m level 24 and player`s that are 3/4/5 star are 107/8 million

Yes the difference is small in the upper levels, it can be hard to tell, and the bot name only a guide as they can be any speed trainer.

The first day as soon as server is up is good time to look, as Burle said above. The best ones seem to have the shorter auction times. And also he's right, look for ones that their value is as high or higher than your best current players.

So, beginning of season or early in season day, bot team, short auction time, highest price will usually be a good trainer. I have done ok with it...
I have also bought a 20 y.o. gen that spent time on another team first, the value was so much I took the chance and it worked.
