If you have software on your computer that blocks pop ups or adverts then it will prevent you from seeing the videos as they are popups

I do not use pop-up blocking software. I still watch videos earn Items. I have tried to create 1 new Topeleven account and that account still watch videos earn token. Can my current account is experiencing problems. If you know how to fix it please help me.
