can i manage 3 different team?

and if so do i get token for each team and an overall funding or each team has an individual funding?

It is on another FB profile. You can lead only 1 team per profile, so you would have to make new one, add him as a friend and send T11 request to that new profile. Then you will get token rewards accoring to new profiles success.

U will do fine with 3 teams...Illegal matter is become Legal for this season atleast ...Im doing fine with 4 teams even. always 3 teams n this season i took over 1 from my fren and led that level 4 ( changed the name to ManchesterUnited) to win league/3rd in CL n 3rd in CUP...:..

Well, not only illegal formations, but all kinds of BP% penalties.
Team that has red cards or injured players in game doesn't lose BP. It has to be changed
