Everyone is in the cup, the first 2 or 3 playoff games are before the league begins at the start of a new season. Maybe you began T11 after the start or just didnt notice? Cup games are marked in green on your fixtures list.

There's no qualifications, You get put into the Preliminary round at the start of each season.

You guys are all bullies man. I got hurt played an opponent 3 levels better got a 2-2 draw away then couldn't wake up on the return leg and played a match 2 hours just before couldn't change formation or players lost 2-1. It feels forever for the cup. It's always the most important competition for me now as league should always guarantee atleast 2nd and you have chance to catch up with head to head game and CL for me is a joke. Every season there's 1 or 2 challengers, it don't deserve the name champions league. I only managed to win 1 cup back in the 2nd season and I must say I was lucky as hell with the draws. It looks like the World Cup too.
