Cup Competition

Anybody else do badly in the cup? I have won the league 7 times, 7 times runner-up and won the Champions league twice and been runner-up 3 times but never do well in the cup. Out of 29 seasons I have got to the quarter finals twice, last 16 once and playoffs twice. All the other times I have been knocked out at qualifying or even preliminary stages. It seems to be an extraordinary record. What is the secret to doing well in the cup?

your not the only one and too compound it i`m a 5 star team so should have similar rated teams in my cup draw but NO i have teams that are 6/7 quality better and a level me, so much for playing same quality teams
