well tbh, we was 1 skill pt from scout. and it is the start of the season so bidding wars happen 99%of the time....15 T was the cost. not bad business for both

    I make this, too. For a player I won´t sell for 0 token - so I made 20 Token - sold

Sorry, silly question ... but how do you put a player up for negotiation?

You don't, the system puts the players near their next star on the list. All you can do is train a player up to just below his next star. (and be level 4 & up)
Expressed above is my own opinion. Your results may vary.

My friend got a 21yr old AMC/AML/AMR with free kick speciality, 14 tokens, 3 to the seller. Even at level 7 this isn't a bad deal I don't think.

Pretty much what I would do in this situation. If I get a persistent manager who refuses to accept my rejection I just make them wait.

Don't forget that even when they are offering you 0 Tokens Nordeus will be taking either 8, 9 or 10 off them for the privilege - which they only get back if you reject the deal or the time ends. Make them wait 24 hours to get the tokens back - and it also means they can't keep re-bidding.

I received many negotiation offers at season beginning. I don't like most of them but I sold my best striker for a crazy 18 tokens offer. Now the stream of negotiation offers gradually slowed down. I have several players who are 1 skill point away from 5* and I want to sell. I am patient to wait for any offer as the team is running well at this moment.

Based on everyone's experience, how many of the players on the list are from owners that don't check these?
I would be very interested to use this list, but I have made many reasonable offers (4-5 tokens) that never got answered.

Since prior to the update the app didn't have it, half the people playing never answered. Now I am getting more offers, and people are accepting/rejecting promptly.

You can keep a player on the nego list for seasons, train special ability and additional positions if you gather enough sp such that his quality won't increase, only becoming more attractive
