Two teams in the same league, different transfer market

It is very unfair as different teams in same league have different chance to improve roster.

As for the unfairness of it I agree. I am in a league with 5 other players who were also lvl 1 last season. All of them within 5 points of me with one above. None of the good players they signed this season were ever on my transfer list or scout list. I watch both very carefully. There is no way all 5 of them did all their signings while I was asleep, I sleep different hours all the time, no normal schedule at all.
