    The revolving door

    My youth set up just produced the latest crop.

    As per usual, 1 great player (DC/DMC) just what I was looking for and a donkey (ST).

    The price tag is 32 Tks to sign the DC/DMC and his mate, well of course, he's free. So I trained the donkey hard, stuck him in a friendly, watched him fail to score repeatedly, observed his lack of training progress, then sold him for just over 500k. OK money at level 4. Some level 2 manager is very excited with his new purchase and has chucked him straight in the team.

    So now I have seven days to decide if I am going to chuck 32 tks at the DC/DMC. Shame you don't get tokens in transfers, I'm not short of cash, but ALWAYS need tokens.

    Pls confirm the token price you said 32t? I have never had a U21 player costing so much in my youth academy.

    You're quite right. I have no idea where I got 32T from, it is only 21.... That's about 20 more than I want to pay!

    I would sign him, especially if that is a position you need and use regularly in your formation.

    Last year, I signed a Ml for 26 tokens, and since I signed him he has go up 10 ratings (28-38) in about 1 season. Progression level was rapid, he still gets 2 cones per game he plays at 19yo.

    Granted, for an extra 24 tokens I could have got a scout, but I wanted to see what he was like (and my other left mid was awful) plus I couldn't afford a scout at the time!

    Level 4, mid table, not having a great season. Not too late to push for a top 7 place though.

    The use of revolving door for tokens and ticketing is good idea. As it will provide better security as compare to other types of door normally used.
