Teamintensity since the new update on iphone

Since the new update from the 26 of Januar 2015 - i can not find the "teamintensity" on the iPhone!
is this Setting disappeared?

Yes, because with the new app you can train quite often, intensity isn't needed.. just train twice if you were thinking hard intensity.

So it's on normal intensity ?
If so can u tell me the numbers for fast trainer

you can use the numbers the game shows as average (10 20 30) anything above that is good, the very best will be around double that I think.
