    You keep any kit you bought too, but yes the money stays with old team. I just took over a level 1 team, and the money is 800k, and your tokens don't change. They give you an upgraded stadium, 1k seats. Also your achievements stay with you, and your trophies you can still see in History but they don't show in Trophy room.
