I need some answers

Well, I agree with you. There are many factors which have influence on this game, but most of factors have tiny influence so it is really hard to find out if something has influence and how big that influence is. I'll try to explain it based on this example:
How to find out how useful Penalty Specialist is?
It's quite hard, isn't it? First of all, how many penalty kicks average team has in season? I strongly believe it's less than 10. And even if it is 10 or more, it still isn't enough to figure out how useful or helpful this Special Ability is - because player (penalty shooter) would have different performances in those matches and also there would be different keepers which also have different skills and performances. 1* defender can score from penalty and 9* striker can miss penalty so where are no certain borders.
Mine conclusion:
We shouldn't worry too much about single factors this game. Just play, relax and have fun. Don't forget that this game has primar task to earn money for someone, our fun is it's 2nd task

am seeing from my experience both as a player and as program developer
is a light game designed to be played online, with busy servers ... I doubt they will keep any variables during calculations if it has tiny effect
yeahh trying to understand the game is useless task .. as u said just enjoy and play
in my experience what matters are:
- form: players tend to play as good as near his average of last 5 matches, using the player too or not using him in tactic can effect it too, ex: if u attak on wings only, ur CMs will get less rate thus form drop, so be careful , bcz they will only score on rating by defending or trying to finish a chance
- average skills (Attack, def, phy)
- special ability : work at times , not often though
- condition : quality of skills reduce
- moral : player miss chances, make more fouls and mistakes
the rest i doubt enter to any calculation

This former player of mine was a 6 yard box predator. I strongly believe that penalty specialist have a bonus to their finishing stat and i used this one as a lone CF with long passing. He missed one competitive penalty out of 13 in 5 seasons (it was in a league game we were already up 3-0). I would only put the ability on CF/STs and would boost their defense and attack over their physical mental to get the benefits of the finishing boost on headers and box positioning on loose/through balls.
