how can i change my profile picture and add signature here ?
It is so complicated, i can´t find it anywhere : (
I hope i don´t need any tokens for this.

Click on 'Settings' on the right hand corner of the top of the forum page and on the bottom right hand side you should see profile options to edit signiture and avatar etc. If your familir with using forums then it should be easy.

i have one more question. i add signature but it is displaying only in my profile, not under my posts. what is the name of the siganture which is display below, or where it is ?

Yes, I think when update a signiture, you need to make 1 post in the forum for it to take full effect.
