how can the auction finished in the initial round ?

I have seen this before for a couple of times

When the auction advanced to round 1, no one placed a new bid. So last bid on initial round won as you can see.

did you see it live or you watched this screen later ?
If you 've seen it live, then must be a problem, probably with a lost or delay server connection.
If you see that afterwards, meaning that in round 1, nobody bid.

After the initial round complete, the timer for round 1 will start. If no one place a new bid in round 1, the bid finished with last bidder of initial round as winner.

If the screen was captured after the auction, only screen for last few bids in initial round can be shown, because there was no new bid during round 1.
