server down when bid for player ??

i bid on this player already and 1 minute before end of auction server went down and now he`s back on action why should i bid again he should have been mine already surely ???

also how can a level 2 player bid on this free transfer as for his level that i`v checked and he is level 2 as this player would be a 5 star player and i`v NEVER EVER seen a 5 star free transfer

One possible scenario: Server crashed. Operators needed to restore earlier backup copy of data and then simulated all activities up to point of resuming. And you bid was made after that earlier backup.

I think my server ran this yesterday. It was not available for 1 hour and then restore the backup data at least 6 hours before.

No idea for your second question. Probably you need to report Nordeus or add a post in bug reporting sub-forum.

maybe witH this thing with the server, they see him as a 5* player of a team - not a free agent.
