ofcourse you have a chance but you can't do nothing formation wise because your team if stiff, not versatile. Keep the same formation, remove all the arrows you have now, add red arrows on Casselli and Hamid, blue arrows on Bakhtuktin. Use short passing, mixed, man on man marking, pressure whole pitch, hard tackling. Try to injure him or draw few cards from him and punish him on the return leg.
my advice : defensive no offside trap (because of a amc) but with counter attack (mix or long pass) pressing in your half and zonal marking
... i bet for you draw or win !
this is the result
thank you guys!!!

defensive..man of man marking..red arrows in caselli and hamid..blue arrows in battukthin..pressure in my half..hard tackling
What should I do in the return match? .. five defense and one striker?
I'd play the same way you did the first leg, most likely you are going to win at home playing with home advantage.
