How to win against this ?

How to win against this formation , because even that i'm stronger than his team i lost 2-0 in a away match champions league and i was playing 4-3-3 .So i still have a chance to win my home match but not playing 4-3-3 i guess .

3-2-2-2-1 butterfly usually does the trick. that is what I use.
