Who gets the title?

Here is what is going on.
I am currently fighting for 1st with this other team. We both won all other games and split 2 games between us. And in head to head I have an advantage (on away goals=))))

Assuming we win all the remaining games who gets the title? Me based on head to head OR he because his goal difference will surely be better???
