because the city is Mexico City (nothing to do with Samoa), so he/she choose in purpose a weird country.

I think with that kind of team name (Stocky FC) is definitely a team formed by taking over, and she definitely just changed the country to Mexico in the "Club details" section, while don't know how to change manager country (flag) in the "Manager" section.

Similar to the newly-founded and current AEPRE FC, I intended the team to be a Vietnamese team first, changed country to Vietnam in Club, but the flag is still Morocco, then I changed it in the Manager section and it works. Now AEPRE FC is playing under Spanish flag.
