there is no limit to levels and no you can`t get relegated from ANY levels

there are many different server`s so there will many level league`s for example i`m server 82 and am currently level 25 and have friends that are on the same or higher than myself that are different server so i can not watch their games but can sent gift and click on their team to see how they are doing, to get friends on same server they need to be your league/cup and champion league draw, you just need to send a friendship request and wait and see if they accept
