Depends on your server but you're still able to pick up some bargains if you're lucky

Yes all players from the transfer auctions cost you tokens to bid on and to buy.

i think as you go higher in level, the bidding becomes more competitive. also some of the tricks i used in lower levels no longer works as i go higher in level.

what you will find is players are more expensive as you go up so it`s also worth trying to save money, i`m level 6 and players i`d like can cost anything for 6 mil to 12 million
