i see player shown is 12 so you need 15 skills for him to go 13, for the star you need 45 skill points to hit 15 so it`s every 5 = 75 skill point`s = star

depending what level you are, if you want to be transfer savvie then i would go

e.g for next star try and get player that`s young and 14 in rating then you only need 15 skills for him to get that star
