supporting ur friends

Is anybody else having problems supporting there friends as some of my friends aint coming up in my friends fixtures so i cant support them or does anybody have a way so i can get to support them?

To answer your question. if a friend doesn't come up when he/she has a game that means you and him are not on the same server, you can exchange gifts but you can't support him/here in the game.
