It's about 50% true
I'm optimistic :)

Well, optimism is a good thing, no? :)
Can't see that there's anything in that, because you can change everything about the player. What if a player is South American, and then you change his nationality to Asian? Using that assumption, the player would instantly become less talented. And vice-versa.
Plz dont speculate, things are clear for everyone to see. Will copy paste for eye to get used to it!
Higher price indicates a faster training speed
For the ones saying not true, well maybe at 1% of total player database....
I am sure theres a small minority of crazy weird suspicious players and their respective values misleading into possible training stars.... apart from that 1%, rest 99% falls under the general rule above.
Market Values means nothing!!
I have a player worth 3.4m Quality 27 Quality (5Star) in theory he should be the best trainer on my team I have several 18 yr olds around 25-29 Quality with value between 1.8m and 2.5m who train faster than him. Its not even reflected in performance!
My guess is Market value also takes into account Injury likeliness.
Also with my team value being over triple that of others I'm my league I should be stomping yet I loose random games! (even using correct formations to counter or even just mirror!), Market Value to me is just a number! I'll still buy high value players and sell them season end if they don't meet my expectations but so far the value isn't a good indicator!
