How close i can change my game's time?

I know, but my question is: How close from match i can change the time? i mean if i will play at 5:00 pm i can change this time match at 4:55 pm?

The game is today 18:30 and now (11:47) i still can change the time of match. So i belive its true that i can change it untill 30 min before match starts!

as per Joshiko above.... the latest would be 4:30 in your example....
