Season 66 - Week 4

9 days into the season and still no farming opportunities for Tokens this season.

Its felt like its been on the cards for a while, but I'm about ready to declare the UK market is now also dead for Token Farming like those outside of the UK.

On the plus, videos for cash/boosters still seem to be working and with my aim being on raising cash at the moment I am still able to watch enough videos each day to cover my wages meaning all my other income is going in as profit. As other teams struggle for cash my reserves are growing.

Yeah, same scenario with me in the UK. Mainly using videos to keep the red packs up (money isn't a big issue as I have about 27m at level 3), though trying to get the odd free tokens here and there. My token count also helps that the market I have is utter gash, so I can't really use them.

Anyhow, mini update my end.

Rhondda Rovers reserves played a tense match away to Kaya FC and just pulled off a narrow 1-0 win, with the new boy scoring again. Despite slagging him off, he seems quite a decent buy so far.

Despite not watching the match, I was surprised by how close the match was. Still, a won't a win.

The main team went up against Brait FC in the Champions League and won convincingly due to an 80/20 possession count. Nothing much to write home about.

However, I think I may have shot myself in the foot and played the wrong teams out, as I have my second leg Cup match against Mustafer early on and my players are not all going to be fully healed by then. I will use some green packs, but better planning may be in order.

And 24 hours after posting this and waiting 9 days to try and farm tokens, Token farming returns!

One CocaCola ad that lasts 53 seconds doing the Matomy rounds via phone at the moment. Yet to be seen if this is a one off, or if it is something that will remain for a while.

After having no vids to farm for Tokens for the last two weeks I was just getting used to the idea of it being over for good. Hopefully this isn't a one off.

Played out a entertaining match today against what I suspect will be my main opposition for the league title this season. Our quality is about the same, but he got the best of me in this match. The final score was 2-3, where he scored a 90min winner....GRRRR.

The table shows us 3rd and 4th respectively but 1st and 2nd have only played tanking/abandoned teams so far, so I'd imagine they'll drop off when they come up against stronger opposition (hopefully).

Irishman Sean Faherty played 150 games for the club... He was just a plain striker when he arrived... Here, he learned 1 on 1 SA and two new positions, AML & AMR... By scoring 83 goals and assisting 36 times, with average rating 7.35, he proved himself as very good player... Someone could be very lucky to get him for nice amount of tokens...
