I redeemed the code but I didn't received any gift like as they said (token and other gift), if anyone know know how to get those tickets please help me and there is no instructions to how to redeem your gift and your help can make the tge difference to lot of people who don't know it

I did it two days in a row and all it say is that I received it and shows a box that says 1 1 2. Wonder what happened?

unfortunately this problem exist, as I started to play, year and a half ago. I tried couple of times to use redeem codes from sport channels - it was largely advertized. strange that nordeus has no intense to solve such a problems- until now, anyway
