I have problem with points of experiences

I am sorry for my English. I am from Czech Republic. I have problem with points of experiences, when I have training I have not points of experiences. I do not know why? It is here someone who help me? THX

Through training, players obtain skill points. Unless you use new Top 11 mobile apps, you should manually assign the skill points to increase qualities of the players. You can do this player by player, or simply pressing the "Auto Assign" bottom.
