The short answer is because he is only a three star player, which is a 5* in the level you mention

this player is a free agent for lvl 15 club !
lvl 13 clubs shouldn't be able to see him at transfer list already.

He shouldn't be able to see 5* free agents... Probably got that player in favorites, while he was still part of someone's team... Guy couldn't sell him, so released him...

This should not be possible.
If he would have him on fav. he should disappear from the list after the selling time.
You can't sack a player while he is on selling.
You can sack player after failing to sell him... And players appear in negotiations favorites if they are not on transfer list...
It`s a bug it has happened before and i asked the same question and shock horror never got a response from Nordeus as to why a team 2 levels below could bid ?
