Why are there no offers for buying players?

This problem is because :
a) you are in higher lv and there are fewer managers there so the "target" group is less
b) most of the managers in higher lvs have finance (surviving) problems
c) the managers at that lvs are much more experience and they know how to search the details (ratings/age/quality to the next star)
d) because of a,b,c they are looking for good opportunities - as players 1sp to 6* from negotiation list, players with sa or extra position

maybe you managed to sell your player but you 'll find yourself in this situation many times in the future so I recommend to work out
"selling through negotiations" (so you must be careful if you're playing with the new edition of mobile phone).

- injuries
- bad performance/troll result/why my (better) team lost the game - playing bad
- I can't survive (finance) in higher levels - can't sell my players/the wages are too high blah blah blah
