I need advice. I have really good team - mean the best Q. But I play rubbish. I'm only eight in the table. Can you give me advice about tactics for my team?

It looks like a good team. Some rates of players could been better (like Kristensen & Anwar), your other ST doesn't look reliable.
Maybe try to find someone more effective ST.
If oppo playing with wingers, be careful with your wing backs.
Try playing defense/counters/flanks with 4-5-1V even if you have a better q team.
If oppo has more shots or counters, maybe try not to put red arrows in your MCs.
I can see some problems in there.
Firstly remove the arrows since they destroy the balance between attack and defence. Put your DL in his natural position,play McGregor instead of Barrani,play 4 in the back(put Brocker as DR) and buy a new GK(I see this issue as an important one in your context). Also try different formations,maybe a 4-2-2-2 hexagon suits your squad better,or 4-5-1 V.
Three central defenders is like playing russian roulette. If opponent has wingers, they will destroy you even if the have lower quality
Four defenders or some DMR/DML
And I don't bellive in arrows on all players, they get confused!:rolleyes:
Well I don't think the arrows are a problem, I use the play quite same like you.
Some issues, your players are tired from what I see, stop training them, if you don't have a lot of packs for a power training, stop training them... is pointless (IMO).
Also you have a defender out of position, why? Put him in his place and play DL-DC-DC there's no problem, it's even better then playing with him out of his position.
So quick list to do.
1. Stop training them, keep them 99%
2. Improve their moral to superb if you can.
3. Resolve your DL issue.
4. Come back and let me know what changed!

Look at your players notes, the worst from all is the DL who is playing out of his position (DC). Fix that and play few games and let us know!

-Badu, Greenwo... and the GK probably can be sold and free places can be to prove other players. Take a look at the stats of the players in their old teams.
Other option is a ST as AMC, your MR as MC in the right slot for a 4-3-1-2.
And thats what I prove 1st with a team like your lol
Not good when one look at the stars, I always say this story and sometimes don't apply (or I risk) and for example I wasted 64T for a ST called Ronaldo that don't work as expected, so I have to sell.... test, sell, test, sell, test, sell... thats the key lol
That system (4312) is in your Bayern. So If you saying to sell players, maybe will be worth to buy players to 433 or 4312. I have got some tokens to spend.Quote:

copy paste is: (basically 1st option and 2nd)
-mentality offensive/very defensive...never very attacking.
-mixed passing/ to right-left side
-pressure in all the field
-normal tackling
-mixed/long passing
-zonal marking always, man to man is very specific.
-counter attack and off side active always.
Then do substitutions of MC/ST when names don't apper during 50 minutes too ae very interesting + add cones only in phisicall/mental attributes.

There is nothing wrong with your goalie, I disagree with other people. You might just remove the blue arrow of your defensive players and you all set. However, look out for all the opponents with wings, like 4-2-2-2 or 4-5-1v or butterfly...these three formations have enough defend to stop your two STs and wings, and their wings and STs can tear you away apart. Especially, the 4-5-1v, don't underestimate the alone striker, he has a very strong support from the wings (specially, none of your player mark them)...that consider three STs to me.
I would add a new Tactic, more normal 442 or 4132
About the PLAYERS, yes its all about the players... you have NICE players, but when we see the STATS... I say VERY low Stats.
confirm the potencial of the players on the PITCH, every one that cant reach 7 (normally) or reaches 8/9 I would sell!
A solid Tactic and 3, 4 players on the First team reaching 8/9.... I will have no dout that you will win games and have Players with higher Stats.
You need waste time searching for PITCH STARS and mixing with training
Sell all those you cant trust to Player well.
Today already I played league game. Opponent very weak so it's hard to say about how good was my changes.

I sold few players and I bought few new. GK play better but I still have problem with my DL. Old one was sold but new one don't play better.

khris you mentioned to test players to free kicks. So I tested everyone. No one was good enough. In league game I try GK as a free kick specialist. One free kick and score :P

My team is struggling in the league (made of 14 teams with almost similar Q) - as of today finally managed to break into top 7, nine points behind the coveted CL spot, fourteen points adrift of top. Losing to "lesser" teams and have only found a consistent rhythm in the last 4-5 league matches.
However, they are in the CL semifinals and probably will get into the final after a 4-1 away first leg win.
Go figure.
Like I have said in some of my other posts, goalkeeper's profile is a joke; there are no goalkeeping attributes. The goalkeepers in this game, with the attributes they have, look like they are relatively very good outfield players.Quote:
