transfer tips?

hi. I want to ask,about transfer. is there any way to sign some player without buy token with real money?

I always struggle in transfer market. on auction,people are used token for do auction,I always face tought oponent that keep spending token and raise auction.

I can even lost 20 token but didnt get any player. yet I need 3 or 4 player.

scout list provide player,but cost high. at least 60 token

how to sign player then?
