Scout player plays poorly in every game

I bought a scout player near the start of this season, and I've noticed that his match rating is nearly always 5 or 6. Should I sell him? Or is there a way to make him improve? His moral and condition is always superb.

    His ratings are:
    League: 6-6-6-6-6
    CL: 7-6-7-5-6
    Cup: 7-7-8-7-7

This is the player, I always have him in MC position.

Don't know how good at training he is. He was either 33 or 34 when I bought him 1/4 of way through season.

That is annoying... plays well in Cup... but nowhere else.... I have players like that.... not Scouts tho

When you do a light stretch on Normal intensity.... what % improvement do you see?

Not an expert...... I repeat.... Not an expert..... however....

The way I see it in the simplest terms.... if Normal intensity stretching brings +10% as a base.... getting less than that is a sign of less than optimal training.... getting more than 10% is a sign of high train-ability....

Of course you can extrapolate that to Cardio and Sim Game.....

Just did an experiment in training. Picked 3 players who are all 7*, the above aged 22, another aged 22 and another aged 24. The above player improved by 6, the other two by 5. This was using stretching and normal intensity. All had superb morale and same condition (Around 70%). So looks like he is ok for a 7* player in training.
    Season 1: 1st place & Cup winner
Season 2: 1st place atm & in final of CL. Last 16 of cup.
