How can I see which server I'm on, please ?

On a windows OS, open command prompt (search for CMD or command prompt) and type netstat and press enter. Allow the list to appear fully. Then, look for something like this: h88-150-217-X:1935. The X (which is a number) is the server.

Yes. You should logout from one of the accounts and close the window.
