Value of Young Players / Server

Hello,

I just wonder who set the "basic" cost of players ?

I saw that a friend (on another server, also level 1) bought a 18 years old ST, 5 stars (23) for 500k.
On my server, a 18 years old ST, 4 stars (15-19) cost always more than 1M.
We compared a lot of players and the difference between prices is awesome in our servers. Why ?

the value reflects not only their age and current quality but their training speed, so using the example you posted, you can safely assume that the 18yo ST who costs 1M despite being a weaker player right now will train much faster than the one costing 500k

Ohhh I Didn't know it ! So players of same age don't grow necessarily in the same way ?

Does it exist something to evaluate it ? Like a table with basic cost / age / current stats ?
