Its normal with the same training, a player with 25 years getting 8 gain and the 18 years player only get 3 gain?
I thought that youngster players evolve more then old ones
And the have the same quality..29(5 stars)

you have to look at the price too. A young cheap player is slow, and a young expensive trains fast, try comparing two players of different value

Some of the young players are very slow trainers. This usually reflect in their market price.

Many of these players performs well. So they are not useless. But they will be slow trainer forever.

In many things yes but not in training . This just needs a little more experience.
