I recently got a new phone and i thought i had lost my team. Synched to my google account (hoping i had linked it but hadnt) with the app and it set up a new team. I then realised that my old team is actually still linked to my old phone which i still have access to. I tried to de-sync my new team from my google account so i can sync my old team to my google account but it wont let me

Any ideas ??

Since you started another team, I think you might need to ask for help from Nordeus Support

Ive already sent them a message but it will probably be monday before they get back to me

The thing is, I know there is a way to link a mobile to FB, I do not know if there is for google, and also with FB method it requires no team already linked, which is why I say Support might be needed.

Yes they work standard local business hours, not weekends.
