    What a Cup win today!

My opponent had won the first leg 1:2, with two away goals in my stadium and I thought I was in trouble. He has a very strong defensive line that includes a couple of scouts.

He tasted my team's firepower in the return leg, though

    Thanks.
What did you and your opponent use for the first match?

His formation was the same. I however got rid of the force counters and swapped a few players.

Tactically, I would expect force counter attacks to work because this will allow his players to come foward with the ball, pulling his defenders more forward and hence, allowing more space for your attackers, unless he used force counter attack too, where he will have the advantage as he has more players at the back.

    Danke!

He had a 5-3-2 and his midfielders were wide.

Did you force counter attacks down the flanks?

I don't do that against counterattacking teams. I've been burned too many times by them.
