i'm wondering how other managers rest their team. say your day of games is done. do you calculate the rest needed/training to be at 100% by next game. Or do you "over rest" let your players get 100% for the period before the last rest cycle(so for the last 3hrs all the starters are already 100%).

), I 'm trying not to waste a condition of 104-5% , so I set a normal training in stretching or cardio. But you must be prepare to spend 15 reds if an injury occur.
